When we're not in the classroom, we'll be heading to two all-inclusive Caribbean PARADISE Islands!

Coco Cay
and Labadee, Haiti

PLUS we'll stop in

San Juan, Puerto Rico
and Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas!!

You  may be asking yourself.."why in the heck are they advertising this cruise so early?  I'm not in favor of paying Royal Caribbean a $500 deposit when I have no clue what I'll be doing in March of 2021!"   Well, that's the great deal with our cruises - because we book them under the "group" category - you do have the option to cancel if something comes up and you are unable to attend.  Below is their refund chart for cruises 7 days or longer.

Days Prior to DepartureCancellation Charge Per Guest
90+ - DaysNo Charges
89 - 75 Days25% of total price (taxes & fees excluded)*
74 - 61 Days50% of total price (taxes & fees excluded)*
60 - 31 Days75% of total price (taxes & fees excluded)*
30 or Less - DaysNo refund except for taxes and fees

The reason we require the need to book with the cruise lines so early is to secure the Conference Center!   The large ship Conference Centers are in HIGH DEMAND.... and we have to jump in there as soon as cruises for the new year are posted so we can reserve!
